The web-site “piante-medicinali.com” is the reference point of S.K.A. Onlus Sans Frontières. The site was created to collect all informations about our activities and goals and let them be accessible to a vast and ever growing public.
Within piante-medicinali.com you will find a detailed directory of all medicinal plants worldwide, together with pictures and detailed explanations of their healing and ayurvedic properties. All medicinal plants have therapeutic properties, many of them remaining unknown to the general public in western countries. However, the same properties are very well known in other parts of the world. These properties are useful and sometimes essential in improving our health. Also you will find information about our environmental re-equilibrium projects: by planting and growing medicinal plants we can help to re-establish the condition of equilibrium in previously exploited (and near depleted) environments: (the green earth project). |
